Clinical records are retained in accordance with Victorian health records legislation, generally for a minimum of 7 years, or longer where required for minors.

Where personal information is no longer required for clinical or legal purposes, it is securely destroyed or de-identified in accordance with OAIC guidance and health records legislation.
