Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Changes

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that we can offer that time to another patient.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice (no-show) may incur a fee of 100% of the consultation fee.

Cancellation and non-attendance fees are not claimable through Medicare or private health insurance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and aim to approach each situation with fairness and compassion. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in fees being applied at the practitioner’s discretion.

Practitioner Availability

In rare circumstances where practitioner availability changes due to unforeseen events, reasonable efforts will be made to contact you and reschedule your appointment.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” — Aristotle
